Scope

This policy applies to the web production and development tools, articles, and sample pages provided by toolpool. Hosting, URL fetching, and analytics are built primarily around Cloudflare services.

Information You Enter

Tools such as the OGP Checker use URLs, head markup, and other inspection targets entered by users to run checks. In URL mode, the entered URL may be sent to the server so the target page can be fetched.

Browser Storage

toolpool may store a minimal amount of information in the browser, such as whether this notice has already been shown, tool input history, and display preferences. This storage is not used for tracking ads or behavioral targeting, and it is not intended to send stored values to external services. Browser-stored information can be removed through the browser's site data controls or deletion controls provided by individual tools.

Logs and Diagnostics

toolpool may collect technical logs through Cloudflare and the application, such as access time, request information, error details, and tool run events, for stable operation, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and usage analysis. Tool run events do not include raw URLs, pasted content, or generated code bodies. Pasted content and check results are not made public unless a sharing feature is explicitly used.

Third-Party Services

toolpool uses Cloudflare Workers Static Assets or Cloudflare Pages for hosting, Cloudflare Workers for the URL fetch proxy, and Cloudflare Web Analytics and Workers Analytics Engine for analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics is used without cookies to understand page views and performance metrics. URL checks also send a request to the target site entered by the user. If external validators or error monitoring services are added later, this page will be updated.

Advertising and Sponsorship

toolpool may display contextual advertising, direct sponsorship placements, or affiliate links in the future. The policy is not to use cookies for tracking ads or behavioral targeting. Before enabling an external ad service, toolpool will review the destination, purpose, and whether cookies or device storage are used, and update this page.

Retention

Tool inputs and check results are processed temporarily as needed to provide the feature. Unless a sharing or saving feature is provided, long-term storage is not assumed. Operational logs may be retained as needed for maintenance and security.
